Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the Onlineshop of Stil und Stiele, Zurich (seller) and its customers (buyer) with regard to all contracts concluded between the parties. These provisions of the buyer which are contrary to these General Terms and Conditions are hereby expressly excluded.
Conclusion of contract for www.stilundstiele.ch
On www.stilundstiele.ch, the buyer submits a legally binding offer for the conclusion of the contract by sending his order and the simultaneous recognition of these terms and conditions. The conclusion of the contract shall come into force on the date on which the buyer receives an order confirmation from the seller. The order confirmation is sent by e-mail. Confirmed orders can no longer be canceled or changed by the customer.
Offer and delivery area
The seller’s offer is available on the website www.stilundstiele.ch and is non-binding. Price and assortment changes as well as technical changes are reserved. The product offerings are valid only as long as they are shown on the website and as long as stocks last. Product information such as contents, illustrations, etc. are mainly for illustration purposes and are non-binding.
The seller limits the deliveries to the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The delivery is made directly to the delivery address and contact person announced by the customer, up to the Türkante. All articles ordered in the online shop can also be picked up in the studio at Forchstrasse 130, with the corresponding note.
Prices and delivery costs
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) incl. VAT. The prices and conditions stated on the website are subject to change, the date of the order being the deadline.
The delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. The delivery costs depend on the order value and place of delivery. The exact delivery costs are noted in the order process and are stated in the e-mail order confirmation. The deliveries are made according to the product group, by post, a freight forwarder, the own chauffeur. Delivery is made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein at the expense and risk of the customer. If the access route and the building structure permit it, delivery is made to the agreed destination. For car-free places the delivery is to the valley station or as far as normal road vehicles can be approached.
Payment
Orders are payable immediately. The credit cards and the postcard are accepted as payment methods. The goods delivered remain the property of the seller up to the complete payment.
Delivery
When the goods are dispatched, the risk passes to the buyer.
Information on availability and delivery periods are not binding, unless they are confirmed in writing by the seller. The seller is not liable for delivery delays.
Disclaimer of liability
The seller assumes no liability with regard to the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability and completeness of the information.
Liability claims against the author due to damages of a material or immaterial nature resulting from the access or use or non-use of the published information, misuse of the connection or technical disturbances are excluded.
The Seller expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete or temporarily or permanently cease publication of parts of the pages or the entire offer without a separate announcement.
